We at MONIER want to be the first choice in quality roofing. To meet this vision, having the best organisation and people delivering excellent performance makes the difference.

We are an organization that is passionate about quality products and leverages on people who act with entrepreneurial spirit, trust and effective teamwork while having a strong focus on results. We are committed to excellence in Health & Safety and are also aware of our social and environmental responsibilities.
The opportunity to work in an organisation that is truly international yet still “human sized” is something that makes MONIER really unique.

Our Principles

To meet our vision, “to be first choice in quality roofing”, we need to have the best possible organisation and people in place to deliver excellent performance.
Our “quality organisation” is based on simple processes, clear responsibilities and accountability, practical tools, and few, but well-known rules and roles. They are a prerequisite for efficiency and fairness in an independent organisation like ours. Those who join us benefit from this working environment and all that we have to offer as a market leader in our industry.

HR RULES

We are firmly convinced that in MONIER the importance of people’s performance is greater than ever. Our ambitious targets can only be achieved if our people act with entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding professional expertise. Their accountability for results, their ability to engage in teamwork and their commitment to safety will be key drivers for our success.
We are committed to building up a culture and an organisation that will encourage the development of such distinctive talents. To achieve this, we have in place a set of HR rules, relating to areas such as Health & Safety, compensation and benefits, appraisal interviews, job vacancies, high potential development and career management.

Leadership Profile

Individual Performance Management is a key HR process at MONIER. With this process we aim to identify and develop the strengths of our people and also help them with their weaknesses. We make sure to recognise and reward high performance, and to tackle poor performance early on, turning it into improvement. All together this allows us to have the best people in the key positions of our organisation.
To support this key task we have designed the MONIER Leadership Profile to define a set of competencies our managers need to have to make our Group successful. This profile is designed around six dimensions: Strategy and Direction, Driving for Results, Customer Orientation, Leading People, Leading Change, and Values and Collaboration. It is used as a benchmark during the Annual Appraisal of our managers, where their competencies are assessed.
